How we go about it:

        Air Management

  • Clean room = Class 100
  • Pre filtration
  • HEPA filtration
  • Kelp screen diffuser
  • Laminar vertical air flow

        Cap Sterilization

           Eliminate contamination for cap.

        Container Sterilization

           Single or double stage rinsing using a combination of sanitizing agents available.

        SIP and CIP

  • SIP (Surface Sterilization)
  • A multi-stage programmable system to conform to individual product requirements.
  • CIP (Clean in Place)
  • A multi-stage, two directional system which can be programmed to confirm to individual product requirements.
