Why Level Filling?

Filling operation

• Gentle gravity fed filling for accurate dosing without foaming.

• The containers open the filling valves and fill to a constant level
from the top of the container.

• Vacuum assisted filling valves can be provided for more viscous products

Operating speeds

Speeds of 50-600 BPM are achievable – final filling speeds are determined by product, viscosity, filling temperature and foaming characteristics as well as bottle design and neck opening.
