Bottle Unscramblers

No matter what the requirement, Filmatic has a bottle unscrambler that will fulfill your needs. Operating speeds are determined according to container height, diameter, shape and characteristics.

•  Containers are fed in bulk into the unscrambler cowl by an even feed elevator.

•  Feed is electronically controlled according to demand to ensure optimum volume of containers in the cowl for gentle handling and excellent efficiency.

•  Containers move by gravity on an inclined disk assisted by controlled air jets into purpose designed selectors before falling through the funnels in an upright position onto the vacuum discharge conveyor or discharge starwheel.

• Speed ranges from 40BPM to 800 BPM.

• Bottle heights range from 50mm to 350mm.

Silent Wave Option

The unscrambler is completely enclosed by several access doors that primarily decrease noise levels to less than 80 decibels. These doors also facilitate visibility and accessibility of the machine.
