Multihead Vacuum Seamer
General Overview
The seamer is inserted into a stainless steel vacuum chamber, equipped with a mechanical high vacuum pump, so that the cans with product are closed under vacuum. The machine is mounted on wheels to facilitate the extraction for maintenance. The vacuum chamber is equipped with two large inspection doors.•Speed range: up to 600 c.p.m.•Cans: Round Steel•Lids: Open Top, Easy Open•Applications: Vacuum packed vegetables such as sweet corn, peas and beans, Meat base products, Possibility of operating without vacuum with hot filled product such us Peas in brine, Beans in tomato sauce.
Advantages
Special can in-feed conveyor design which guarantees :
•Long operation running with minimum level of required maintenance•No liquid or solid product spillage from cans during operation ( high speed included )•High sanitary standard thanks to the full solid stainless steel construction•Vacuum and Atmospheric seamers has the same Main Features and Advantages
Vacuum Pump
Vacuum pump with water ring mod. R5 1.600m³/hr. allows to reach the highest vacuum level within 3 min. Max vacuum level during operation -0,9 bar relative pressure.
D.S.M. Double Seam Monitoring
The Seamers can be equipped with D.S.M. system for continuous seaming control. It consists in measuring the seam quality of each can in real time as it passes through the seamer in order to identify whether the can has been well or badly seamed. Purpose: to eject bad cans and control seamer deviation.
