Electrical Design Engineer
There is an opportunity for a dynamic Electrical Design Engineer to join our
Engineering team.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
– Min. Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. B-Eng / B-
Tech will be preferred.
– 3-5 years’ experience in PLC automation design and commissioning of control systems.
� Programming experience using Siemens TIA Portal is required.
� Alternate programming software knowledge, including CODESYS, Allen Bradley Compact Logix, Delta
ISP Soft, B&R Automation Studio, etc, (advantageous)
– 1-2 years’ experience in electrical circuit design preferably on E-plan platform.
– Knowledge & understanding of electrical standards & how to apply them to design.
– Must have a general high level of computer literacy: proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
and MS PowerPoint.
– Must be able to travel both nationally and internationally.
Soft Skill Requirements:
– A self-starter, able to take ownership, & able to work without constant supervision.
– A high level of written & verbal communication skills.
– Must have the ability to work independently, as well as function within a team.
– Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
– High attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
– Detailed electrical circuit design according to Filmatic prescribed design standards.
– PLC program automation design to machine requirements.
– Electrical testing & commissioning of equipment at Filmatic’s premises.
– Create & update all relevant documentation to “as built” status.
– Provide technical support during building processes, customer support, support on imported
equipment & technical support to technicians on-site.
– Travel to local & international clients on occasion.

Debtors Clerk
We are recruiting for a dynamic candidate to join our Finance department. Reporting to the
Financial Manager and the Finance Director, the ideal candidate should meet the following
requirements and be able to fill the subsequent responsibilities:
Skills and requirements:
• Min. qualification: Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject.
• A relevant financial certificate will be an advantage.
• Min. experience: 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in telephonic debt collection is an advantage.
• Strong administrative background.
• Excellent communication in English (both verbal and written), Afrikaans preferred
• Computer literacy – Ms Word, Ms Excel, Outlook, Internet, Ms Navision will be an
advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Control and process debtors’ invoices, statements and payments.
• Manage credit applications and new accounts.
• Collect outstanding monies and solve queries and problems.
• Ensure that all credit notes are correctly authorised
• Keep debtors’ records and filing updated.
• Reconcile and balance debtors’ ledger on daily basis
• Reconcile general ledger accounts (Deposits received)
• Provide assistance with creditors’ ledger when required.
• Switchboard relief from time to time.
• Routine tasks as laid down from time to time.
