One of the most basic Filmatic filler, time filling are used, where a valve is opened for a preset time. This filling system is very accurate if the product is homogeneous and consistent. It is a lower cost solution, but with a definite place in the entry level markets.

8 Head linear filler
Bottles: 100ml – 5 000ml
Our 8 Head Semi-Automatic level filler is adjustable to fill bottles from 250 ml to 5 liters. The machine consists of a product hopper with 8 filling valves and a float level control. Filling levels in each bottle can also be changed by means of inserting or removing spacers on the valves. This filling solution is perfect for non-viscous products such as milk, water, juice, ice tea etc.
Single head piston filler
Bottles: 50ml – 1 000ml,
2000ml – 5000ml
Cup filling made simple by using Filmatic’s single head volumetric (piston) cup filler. Machine is designed to fill cream, juices with a high viscocity, cottage cheese and other viscous products such as petroleum jelly and glycerine.
We also offer larger cylinder sizes for larger containers.

2000ml – 5000ml
A semi-automatic filler which deposits a pre-set amount of liquid and semi viscous products into any type of container. The machine can be set to fill a predetermined amount and the filling speed is variable, the machine has the unique feature that during the final filling of the product, the filling action is automatically progressively slowed down to increase the accuracy of fill as well as preventing any splashing of product when the container becomes full.
